Last night, our dad, Doug Anderson suffered a stroke from a brain bleed. He is stabilized currently in ICU with full paralysis on one side of his body.  The doctors have indicated that he will likely be spending the next week or two here in ICU.  His outlook has improved since being admitted but he has a long road to recovery. 

He has been through so much in the last 3 months. After making an almost full recovery from quadruple by-pass surgery he had in October, he is now fighting this battle. 

Because of his heart surgery, he hasn’t been cleared to return to work and he’s had no income. He was optimistic about paying the heart surgery bills back because he was about to goback to work but now he will be unable to do that.  Couple that with a new year, new out of pocket max and our parents need some help.
