Doug Alley recover from scam

Hi my name is Michael, I set up this go fund me for our friend Doug Alley, with Doug's permission.

We all know Doug, we all know how funny he can be, how helpful he can be, and how trusting he is. It is this trust that I am afraid has hurt him. We all know Doug will go out of his way to help others. We all also know that Doug had to retire several years ago due to medical conditions. Leaving a life long job because of a disability is depressing in it's self, the constant pain associated with this disability can become more than most can handle.

Unfortunately someone took advantage of Doug's depression, loneliness, trust, and his never ending desire to help others. This person will not be named at this time. It is important to note he was able to gain access to all of Doug's bank accounts, cash app accounts, and more. Due to this persons activities, Doug's account's are now all over drawn to the total of $18,000.00. Doug is working with the banks, but due to the overdraft amount and fees, his monthly Social Security Disability check that are automatically deposited into his account is confiscated by the bank. This leaves Doug with no money for bills, food, house payment, etc. We need to get his accounts back to zero so he can keep his disability check to survive on. Having his monthly check taken by the bank adds to the overwhelming depression that comes with a disability, constant pain, loneliness, and now feeling stupid for this happening.

Doug as been there for us with a joke, a smile, a hug, an ear, or buck or two when you needed it. It's time we all help Doug now. All donations will be used to bring Doug's account's current, thus a zero Ballance. Money raised here is not being used to get Doug extra cash, it is being used so he can keep his small disability income for food and bills
