Doug Adams Tragedy: help with expenses for Marian

On Monday, March 28th, 2022, while Doug and Marian Adams were in Puerto Rico with family, Doug tragically lost his life while snorkeling in the ocean.

Each U.S. state and territory has laws concerning unexpected deaths, and passing in Puerto Rico is proving to be a long, expensive, red-tape-filled endeavor for Marian. An autopsy is mandatory when someone dies out of a hospital or home. Doug's body had to be transported to the Capital City of San Juan for the autopsy. The autopsy is expected to take at least two weeks. Then a cremation is planned before Doug's cremains are transported back to Colorado. Marian is responsible for all of these expenses. This fundraiser is to take the financial burden off Marian's shoulders.

Understandably, not everyone is in a position to donate a substantial amount to this fundraiser. However, ANY amount will show Marian how much we care. And prayers for her are appreciated and free. :)
