Joe's new Life & Moms stay with him soon Fund

You all have been here through the last 3 years with Joe. He has been through so much. He now has almost complete liver failure. He now needs a double transplant, his heart and liver. Unfortunately Yale is not set up to do these double procedures, so he will now need to be transferred to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

Joe has agreed to all that is going on, but only with the promise I go with him. This hospital is in Manhattan, and I am trying to find a place to stay. I will be working with both hospital's Social workers and Discharge planners.

Joe and I are both on a very limited income, and will need help paying for expenses while in New York.  Hospitalization is 3-4 weeks after surgery due to this being both organ. It might be longer.  I understand these are really hard times for everyone, but this means the world to both of us.
