Dory is my last dog from when I lived in Pennsylvania, and she has been my constant companion through some of the hardest moments of my life. She helped me get through my sister's death and has been by my side through my father's passing as well. Dory means the world to me, and I can't imagine my life without her gentle presence and loving spirit.

Recently, Dory developed pancreatitis and had to be hospitalized. She is still at the hospital, receiving pain medication, anti-inflammatory and anti-nausea meds, fluids, bloodwork, ICU care, and x-rays. Seeing her go through this has been heartbreaking, and the costs of her treatments are overwhelming. Every day she spends in the hospital is another day of mounting bills, but I know she’s fighting hard to get better.

I hate asking for money, but I’m desperate and just want to be able to take care of her.
