My name's Dorothea. I've been renting an apartment for about two years now with my partner, and found out from my neighbor that they aren't renewing any leases this year. Without the property management telling me, we only have two months left to get funds together to find a new home and move. Unfortunately, all my funds currently go to bills, and without any raise in the sights, I don't have the ability to save money for a deposit or move.

I really hate doing things like this, and I wouldn't if I wasn't desperate to stay off the streets, but I have no other choice. I have found a location that's leasing that I can afford monthly, thankfully. In addition, we do have two months still, so it's not a life-or-death thing quite yet. The most immediate goal is $350 to cover to hold the application fee and holding the unit itself, while the rest would be used for moving costs and an unfortunately high security deposit.
