Doris Sandoval

Hello, My name is Tanya and I just lost my big sister. Doris has been battling liver disease since January of this year and today her battle has ended. She was found unresponsive this morning and taken to the hospital right away, where she then passed on. Doris is survived by her 8-year-old daughter Kyomi, who was there for her night and day. She was a loving, caring and passionate individual who loved to teach and was always invested in all her students. When she wasnt teaching, she was at home taking care of her daughter and partner. Even when Doris was unable to care for herself, she always cared for those around her. I am asking for help to be able to provide for my niece with everything that she needs and to also give my sister a comfortable and respectable farewell. Although we were with her in her battle, her passing was sudden and nothing could have ever prepared us for this day. Thank you to everyone for your sympathy and support as we mourn a protective big sister, a loving mother, a devoted teacher and a friend.
