This is my son Dorian. He's currently enjoying his first year of college, studying to enter the field of marine biology. Next month, he's going to have gender affirming surgery.

The procedure is happening in a city 400 miles from home, and the doctor wants him to stay in the city for ten days post-op. Right now, insurance is covering the procedure, and we think we have a spare room lined up for all/ most of the time, but we're still in a great need of financial help.

With a parent joining him to care for him for ten days without work or PTO to help with food, travel expenses, possible board, and to cover bills at home while we're away, we are asking for your help, because we can't make this happen alone.
