A Seed On the Wind Seeks Solid Ground

Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name's Dorion (she/they/he/it), I'm an artist and a pet parent and here's the sitch: Last summer I packed me and my cat Forge into a truck and moved from Atlanta to Chicago for a job as a pastry chef at a new local restaurant. This situation turned out to be a bad fit and I was fired in January. I've been looking for work since then. I have a promising opportunity with a pet care agency on the horizon! I am, however, behind on rent and being asked to leave my current home by the end of June.

Here's the ask: I'm looking for help paying some of the rent I owe, paying rent for new housing, moving costs, keeping my phone service on, and feeding myself and Forge. If there's anything left over it will go towards transportation and art supplies.
