The 2019-2020 cross country season is already on its way. With the start of this season comes the new beginning of the cross country program here at Doral Academy. This future is met with great expectation. Planning for this year, we have been working very hard during our off-season. Training sessions extend sometimes to three and four hours daily between team practice, individual practice and weight training sessions. We pride ourselves in working extremely hard in the off-season not only to develop our skills but to develop our character as well. We know that this is the real time when championships are won. At this time, we are reaching out to members of our community, for donations in the effort to help minimize costs and help us on our road to greatness. Your donations to one athlete or the whole team will help us fund our strength and conditioning program, new equipment, costs of personnel and traveling fees for the year. Any contribution made will be greatly appreciated!
