On behalf of Alana Morris Okur and her family I am asking everyone to please help for funeral expenses as Al was a great father, mentor, brother, and friend to everyone In the DOOM METAL SCENE in Maryland and beyond... he was taken suddenly from us yesterday Jan 10th, 2018 by complications due to his ongoing struggle with diabetes. After his wife passed he let his health decline as she took care of him making sure he got his insulin.. he struggled tremendously and was too proud and stubborn to ask for help and kept the dream and his baby the "Iron Man Band" going despite his physical and emotional health.
