Doolen Family

Hello Everyone,

I'm sure everyone is finding out or hearing about what has happened. My brother in law Eric Doolen was in a serious accident on July 10th, 2018 at 5:50.  He was on his motorcycle when a car hit him. He was airlifted from the scene of the accident to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.  Eric has had multiple surgeries since this accident that include pelvis surgery, his right foot and right femur, right hang and left wrist and his left pcl.  We are not sure if he will have to have any more surgeries in the future. Eric and Alissia have three beautiful children together; Leah (9), Maci (7) and Matthew (3). Alissia has been staying with Eric every  night and not leaving his side. When she does leave his side it is only for a night to come home and see the kids and then head back out to Syracuse.  Eric will be needed 24 hour around the clock care for him as his injuries heal at home. Alissia will be out of work until further notice as well as Eric.  Eric will need to go to rehab once his injuries are healed to help him regain his strength. Neither Eric or Alissia ask for any help at all and they both would give their shirt of their back for anyone if help was needed. Let's help Eric and his family get through this.
