Helping Hands for Jessica

Helping hands for Jessica is not just a donation site to help a college student… It is so much more; this will help me throughout my life. Since I was young I have always needed to be hospitalized or needed to see a doctor. I was usually on medication for every hour of my life. In 2000, I was lucky enough for doctors to find a way to do a surgery to help prevent further acid damage to my throat. I know many don’t believe in religious beliefs, but through all the hard times… my family and church family prayed and prayed. If it were not for them and the ones who love me, I would probably be finishing my recovery or finished it a year ago. Now that I am an “adult” I have to worry about college, gas, and food. This makes it harder on me because I cannot worry or focus on college nor would it be possible to handle the work load of a part-time or full-time job. I attempted to work while I was in college and it was a struggle. I was having a hard time managing when to work on school and business. So I stopped working and continued to further my college. I know it might have been stupid but I believe it was the right choice. Sadly, because of those actions I have to deal with the troubles of paying for gas, food, and college. I was blessed with having scholarships to cover my first two semesters but now these other semesters I had to pull out some loan money to cover it. I still have some scholarships but not enough. I am not asking or begging for money to pay off my loan. I am only saying I would be blessed and honored if someone reached out and gave a helping hand. Thank you so much for all the support and love I have received throughout my life, I am truly blessed.
