Don't let Cori and Matt get evicted!

Hi all!

If you're here, it's likely because you know and love Cori Mcguirk and Matt Jernigan. They are two of the most hard-working, humble people I know! Both of them work multiple jobs, mostly within the service industry, and do everything they can to stay afloat. (If you've ever worked in the service industry, you know how grueling it can be, plus working in the service industry in Nashville during Covid makes it 10x harder.)

Cori and I used to be roommates for a few years and getting to live with her was one of my favorite eras in life! Cori always puts others before herself, goes out of her way to take care of those around her, and is an absolute gem. While I haven't lived with Matt, I can attest to him being the most welcoming and genuine humans I've ever met.

Unfortunately, things haven't been easy for Cori or Matt recently. On top of losing work and a very recent medical issue (more on this later), their landlord is trying to evict them. They are a few months behind on rent despite multiple attempts to communicate with their landlord about issues with the house that need urgent attention. Fighting for stable housing is something that nobody should have to deal with, especially on top other, personal hardships they've had to deal with.

If you have any room to donate to Cori and Matt as they navigate this most immediate threat to their livelihood, it would make a world of difference.
