Don's medical and home care expenses

On October 20, 2023 Don was involved in a motorcycle accident while escorting a funeral procession. Don sustained multiple major injuries including a traumatic brain injury, broken wrist, broken foot, multiple rib fractures, an unstable pelvic injury and a fractured vertebrae in his upper back. Don is a 40+ year Paramedic and has been a motorcycle funeral escort for the past 2 years. Don is also the Cofounder and President of the MN EMS Charity Riders,. Don has trained countless EMTs over his career, he has spent his entire adult life caring for others, after multiple surgeries and several days in the ICU Don is now awake and working hard towards recovery, with his brain injury it will be a long process but if you know him you know how stubborn and determined he can be.

He will be in need of a lot of after care and home care when he is released from the hospital.
