Help Donovan Survive and Stabilize Fund

Hello, I'm Donovan. I am a disabled adult living in Maine. I am using this gfm to help suplement and build a monetary buffer for survival.

(This only goes as well as not having emergencies keep poping up)

If you aren't aware, living as an adult on disability means living off of 940$ a month. This has to cover the costs of food, rent, utilities, medical bills and more! That is not a lot. All funds will go to survival, care, medical bills, etc.

Update 9/6/25 : Unfortunately i am currently fundraising for dental work that really needs doing. i have two chipped teeth that are causing quite a bit of pain that need looking and due to insurance nonsense i must go to an urgent clinic. I have no real understanding of how much this will cost but it must happen.

In the past 2 months I have been trying to figure out with my medical team if I have been experiencing some form of seizures lately. This has really dysregulated my life and my health, and I am trying to find balance again.

I have many disabilities that compound one another, and finding support for housing, food, and bills that is accessible to me can be very difficult. Many supports are underfunded with much need and finding help can be quite difficult.

Living off of SSI means I am living off of 940$ every month, most of which goes to rent and bills. Cost of living is so high, especially when you're on a shoe string budget.

If you have even a little to spare I would appreciate you so much if you help out, but I will also take a share and for you to spread the word.

I would appreciate not being without a place to go in the upcoming months.
