As former Head Coach and State Champion of the Mt. Vernon High School softball team, Donnie has always been passionate about helping young student-athletes achieve their goals and dreams.

The Surratt Family established an annual scholarship and each year a scholarship has been awarded to a qualified Mt. Vernon softball athlete.
