Hi Friends! On September 11, our friend Donna and her miniature dachshund, Rosie, were mauled at The Morehead City Dog Park by two pit bulls. A good samaritan, Mary, rushed Rosie to the Emergency Pet Hospital in Havelock where she had surgery. Donna was transferred to ECU Medical Health Center in Greenville where she will remain until Sunday.

Rosie spent the night in Havelock and has since been transferred to Austin Veterinary Animal Hospital. The veterinary bills have reached almost $2,300.00, and more may accumulate with her follow-up care.

Donna lives on a fixed income and is unable to pay for Rosie's bills. Please help us reach our goal of $2,700.00 so that sweet little Rosie can receive the best possible care and be back in her Mama's arms soon. No donation is too small!

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
