The Donna H. Barnard Memorial Scholarship will be an annual scholarship awarded to a senior at Portland High School. It will be awarded to an individual who holds the same qualities she did: school spirit that is rivaled by few, pure kindness, selflessness, compassion, empathy, and love for people of all walks of life.
