Hi. My name is Amber and I am the daughter of Donna Thorp. She’s my beautiful, amazing best friend and Mother. As I try to think of what I want to say, and there are millions of wonderful things to say about her, this is what I came up with.

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year and has been continuing to fight her battle daily. She’s been in and out of the hospital for pain but is now at home being taken care of by my Stepdad, Donny. I couldn’t have picked anyone better to take care of my mom. Their love constantly reminds me to keep going and trying to continue to stay positive. I’m creating this GoFundMe because I don’t know the future holds for them, but God willing, we can gather funds to help them with any medical bills they may incur and just day-to-day help with living expenses. To anyone who knows my Mom, you know she is a planner, provider, caretaker…always busy. She’s always going somewhere, helping or taking care of others. When it comes to selfless people, she’s it!
