Donell Hicks was a loving husband, father, and friend. A family man through and through, Donell left behind a loving wife and four amazing children when he was senselessly taken from us in an act of violence that we are still trying to wrap our heads around.

The employees of CVS/pharmacy in Peachtree City are cooperating to raise funds for his family. He was our manager, but he was also family to all of us. He always had a brilliant smile and a hug ready for any one of his team. He was incredibly driven and motivated and an inspiration to everyone who knew him.

We are asking at this time to please be mindful and respectful of his family and friends. We want Donell to be remembered for the kind person he was. As the man who loudly proclaimed when selling chocolate bars to his coworkers that his daughter was going to bring in the most money for her school fundraiser. We want him to be remembered as an amazing husband, a wonderful father, and a supportive friend and manager.

This fundraise is NOT being held by CVS corporate, who will be providing their own assistance to the family as well. We are holding this fundraiser not as employees of the store, but as friends and family to Donell Hicks.
