Donations welcome to help my uncle and his eldest daughter

Hello, my name is Jackie.

I am Javier’s niece. I initially made the TikTok video to spread awareness about my uncle's encounter with LVMPD and ICE to spread awareness to my community. Upon the reaction I’m receiving and with many folks asking for a GoFundMe, I’ve decided to proceed in order to help my uncle and his daughters.

At approx 7am today, 9/6/25, my family received a call from my cousin in which she kept screaming, “They got him, they got him.” We’ve discovered from a nearby neighbor who happened to witness the entire encounter that my uncle was pulled over by an LVMPD officer entering the neighborhood between Mojave and Washington. The officer was in his LVMPD official vehicle and shortly after was accompanied by 3 unmarked vehicles. He was taken, leaving behind his work truck with all his tools and equipment. After talks with a lawyer, we were advised fighting back would be of no use. My uncle has decided on voluntary deportation. He leaves behind 2 daughters; the eldest will now carry the financial burden of paying a mortgage, insurance, taking care of 3 dogs, and his favorite pets, his 10 birds, all at 22 years old.

My uncle was the kindest man you could encounter. He’s had his trials and tribulations yet continued to crack a joke about his 10 birds that he so greatly loved to the point where his latest phone call with his daughter was to take care of those birds! All donations will be split with him and his daughter. In no way do we expect anyone to donate. Even if you can’t donate, all we ask is for awareness.
