Hello, I’m fundraising for my sister to help her and her family rebuild after losing their home in the Summerland Bald Range forest fire. Unfortunately they did not have insurance. They have 3 young children 6, 4, and 2 that have been displaced and have lost everything.

Before they could even realize what was happening the fire was at their door and the police were there telling them they needed to leave. They left with what they could in the box of their truck and that is all they have left.

This is an incredibly overwhelming time and not just for them but plenty of families that have lost their homes due to the Bald Range forest fire. I feel helpless and thought this is the least I could do to help them while they try to replace what they have lost. Their plan is to rebuild but until then no one knows when they will even be allowed to be back home to even assess the amount of devastation that has happened.
