Dearest friends and family members,

Our hearts are in pieces with the news of Hazel Wray Jacques-Del Villano unexpectedly passing away on June 26th, 2021. Hazel is survived by Dad (Steven), Mom (Sarah), and Sister (Abby). She recently had her first birthday and just learned how to blow kisses. Hazel had an insatiable appetite for life and food. She seized every opportunity to try new things without any hesitation. Her beaming smile and radiant personality has left an impression on us all and will forever be remembered.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help during this time. You may have noticed that there is already a GoFundMe fundraiser that has been disabled due to the family being unable to access funds through an American account. We are working to get those funds transferred to this account. If GoFundMe is unable to transfer the raised funds, you will be refunded your donation. If you wish to give to Hazel's family please make your donation here. If you have already donated through Anne Marie Hopkins, those funds are being directed to the family.
