Hello, my name is Tommy Richardson and my Uncle Cecil tragically lost is life in a house fire on 3/4/24. He always wore a smile and loved the outdoors. He has always had a caring personality, beginning with his career as a nurse in the Navy to taking care of his community by helping cut grass or other tasks.
