Donations in honor of Chris Schaffer

Chris was very passionate about sports and youth and wanted to help kids have the opportunity to play sports and have the proper equipment. We have decided to request that any donations in honor of Chris be made to the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, Inc. This is a Kansas City Royals charity, and as many of you know, he loved working at Kauffman Stadium. Chris was one of a kind, always offering a helping hand, asking what else he could do, and sharing ideas and friendships with everyone he knew. If you met Chris once, you knew you had a friend for life. Please consider donating in Chris's honor; his family has asked that all who loved Chris carry on his giving nature consider donating to something Chris was passionate about. All proceeds donated will go to the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy.
