Underwriting the Radnor High School Class of 2020 Reunion!
The Radnor High School (RHS) Class of 2020 is gearing up for its 5-year reunion this Thanksgiving. The class didn't have the senior year that we all had expected—no prom, no after-prom party, no normal graduation, and none of the other rituals and celebrations that are we are supposed to afford RHS seniors. However, they are getting a class reunion this Thanksgiving—the first time they will be seeing each other as a whole class since March of 2020.
Before the COVID shutdown of RHS, the Class of 2020 had earned $15,499.01 to defray the cost of their prom. After the prom was canceled that year, however, the school district distributed their class funds to other funds, as alumni events are not allowed to be funded with student activity accounts.
The Class of 2025 will hold their reunion this fall and it will be a good one. Will you consider donating some money to help them make it a great one? Our goal is to make back the $17,000 that the Class previously earned. Your generosity is much appreciated!
And, in case you need a reminder:
- Here is what they planned to do back in June 2020.
- Here was the Class of 2020 Senior video.
- Here was their virtual graduation ceremony.
They've come a long way! Please help us celebrate them properly.
