Hi Crew,
For those of you that don't know, our good friend and professional skateboarder Jake Duncombe recently had a terrible slam whilst doing a skateboard demonstration for the kids at Tugun Skatepark, a park he has skated since he was a youngster. He hit the back of his head quite badly suffering a fractured skull and a couple of small bleeds on the brain. He spent several days in the GC Uni hospital then was released home for plenty of rest. He is a tuff fella and is recovering well but still has a long road ahead. He can't drive or work until he gets clearance from the doctors, which is looking like months away. Jake has his beautiful wife Izy by his side and their lovely little bundle of joy Bowie (their 6 month old baby girl to look after, making it an even more testing time). Jake is the sole earner for the family , as Izy is super busy looking after bubba and Daddy. I am asking all his friends, family, fans and the skateboarding community at large to please donate whatever you can to help our friends through this very trying time. Thank you for support, it won't go unnoticed.
