Married for 35 years, these high school sweethearts have been battling cancer together.

David has Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia, and Shelley is dealing with issues from her own kidney cancer. Unfortunately, David contracted Covid and due to his weakened immune system, was hospitalized in a medically induced coma for almost 4 months.

Being a nurse, Shelley took unpaid leave, brought him home and has dedicated herself to taking full care of David.

They were also victims of a robbery which resulted in all of Davids very expensive meds being stolen!

They have now burned through the life's savings they had worked so responsibly for.

This year, please help us raise money for the Staneks, in my dads honor.
