Help Paige Recover from Devastating Motorcycle Accident

Our beloved Paige was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident last Friday.

The impact was so intense that her helmet flew off. She was rushed into emergency surgery to relieve a brain bleed, and shortly after, underwent another operation to repair a fractured femur. Her injuries are extensive — including fractures to her jaw, femur, and hip — along with numerous deep wounds requiring many stitches to help piece her back together.

Following her initial surgeries, Paige was medically sedated to assist with healing. Earlier today, she was finally able to receive less sedation and become more alert. She seems so grateful to have her mom and dad by her side. We are incredibly thankful that Paige is still with us after such a horrific accident.

Paige faces a long road ahead — she will require additional surgeries, procedures, and physical therapy as she begins her recovery journey.

Some of you may know that Paige worked at Panera for several years before recently starting a new career with Orkin. Sadly, her health insurance had not yet taken effect when the accident occurred. As a result, Paige is currently uninsured and unable to financially support herself while she heals.

Her family is doing everything they can to be with her and provide support during this difficult time. As friends of Kim, we know how generous, kind, and supportive she has always been to others — now it’s our turn to return that support for her and her daughter.
