Nate Luby was  my co-worker for over 5 years. He passed away suddenly, and leaves behind a wife, Kristina, and two young children, Jacob and Harper.

Nate was a loving father


and nothing made him happier than doing things with the kiddos


With his passing, my thoughts turn to his family and their welfare

The costs in the initial aftermath of losing a loved one can be surprising. I'd like to ensure that Kristina's thoughts can be focused on Jacob and Harper and helping them cope with their loss, and not with making sure unexpected bills are cared for.

To that end, I started a fundraiser so those of us who knew Nate and loved Nate would be able to make a meaningful contribution to the family. It's my feeling that helping in this way would have an impact on them more than flowers would.
