Support for my mother Maria de Rodriguez Funeral

On February 27th, 2025, my mother unfortunately passed away. At this time, some of my family members have decided to bury my mother and have her service done in the US, which is an expense my father and I were not ready for, as we were expecting to bury my mother in México, where it would be more affordable for us to cover the funeral expenses. The funeral service total cost adds up to $18,000 USD as I’ve been told, and my father was asked to provide $2,500 USD to cover part of the funeral.

At this moment, any amount that you’re able to donate and spare without hurting your own pocket will help. I only wish to raise the closest amount possible from donations to help my dad even if the goal is not reached, this will help a lot to alleviate the full amount being asked. At this time I wasn’t able to set up a USGoFundMe account so you might see $53,000.00 since I had to set up a GoFundMeMx but the amount is the equivalent of $2,500 USD in Mexican pesos.

El 27 de febrero de 2025, lamentablemente, mi madre falleció. En este momento, algunos miembros de mi familia han decidido realizar su funeral y sepultura en los Estados Unidos, lo cual representa un gasto para el que ni mi padre ni yo estábamos preparados, ya que inicialmente planeábamos enterrarla en México, donde los costos funerarios serían más accesibles para nosotros. Se me ha informado, el costo total del servicio funerario asciende a $18,000 USD, y se le ha pedido a mi padre que aporte $2,500 USD para cubrir una parte de estos gastos.

En este momento, cualquier donación que puedan hacer, por pequeña que sea y sin que afecte su estabilidad económica, será de gran ayuda. Mi único deseo es reunir la mayor cantidad posible para ayudar a mi padre, incluso si no logramos alcanzar la meta, ya que cualquier apoyo aliviará la carga económica que enfrenta.
