Donations for my family in Acapulco

My name is Adolfo Alvarez, and for six years, Acapulco was my home before I made the journey to the US on my own. Unfortunately, my mom and sister still reside in Acapulco, which recently experienced the devastating impact of Hurricane Otis. As of now, communication with my family has been scarce, but from our limited conversation, it's clear that their house was flooded, and everything within them was destroyed, leaving them with nothing.

Despite having no immediate family nearby, I am glad that they are surrounded by a supportive community of families in the neighborhood, who we love and care for deeply. However, the aftermath of Otis has turned their surroundings into what my mom describes as a "dead zone." I can't help but worry about their survival.

The funds raised will be directed towards offering essential aid for their basic needs and helping them rebuild their lives in the wake of this tragedy. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
