Donations for my Dad's Funeral arrangements

On December 10th at around 7 pm, our Father, Alfredo Gutierrez passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at UCLA. It is a day our broken family will never forget. Our Dad is the most important man in our family's lives as he was the glue to our family, the heart of our family, the peacemaker, the provider, and our whole world. He fought a GOOD fight! He was Hospitalized at UCLA since early September and spent the last 2 months in the ICU putting up a tremendous fight, trying to overcome the cascade of health issues that were, unfortunately, taking over his mind & tired body. He tried his best, he tried so hard, he fought for his family & wife. He endured & suffered more than he deserved. But that was him, do anything for his family.
We were so blessed with a liver transplant in 1999. But after 20 years, not only did he suffer from kidney failure but also the liver transplant was rejecting. UCLA tried to get him listed for another transplant but his body couldn’t hold off long enough and his health was quickly declining. He kept facing challenges and setbacks over & over. He suffered in the hospital for over 3 months before his body finally gave up. He fought a good fight! But the Lord has other plans for him.
My Dad was a beautiful, gentle, humble, loving soul and very well devoted to his family. Very polite, proper, & well-mannered man that was generous with his time. There wasn’t anything he wouldn't do for us. He sacrificed so much for his family and was selfless, always putting others before himself. He would take the shirt off his back to give to you. Dad was the most loving and caring person you could ever meet. He had this love for people no matter who they are. And is one of the things I will most cherish & never forget. I will try to do the same in his honor and remembrance.
This support will greatly help with services & funeral expenses. And if possible, could help with unpaid debts and support for our Mom. My mother relied on him so much. He was the one taking care of and supporting my Mom who was his caretaker and housewife. She now has no other means of income. She has lost her life partner, her husband, her home. Everything she ever knew and made her feel safe is gone. Her home & her husband was taken from her. She is beyond devastated & extremely heartbroken from losing our wonderful dad.
our Dad was the foundation of our family.
Any donations and prayers are VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. God bless and Thank you dearly.
"We love and miss you Dad more than words can ever express! We needed you so much, but God needed you more". We will miss you and will forever love you, Dad! Until we meet again, Rest in Heaven beautiful gentle, humble, loving spirit that is you!
