Hi, my name is Kayla. My abuelita passed away at 7:25 pm, May 7, 2024. She was a wonderful woman, Mom, grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter, etc. My grandma was so kind and always giving, she would always cook food and give a majority of it away to her neighbors and others in the area in need. She would always make sure we were okay, and she was unique in the best ways possible. Grandma first got diagnosed with dementia in 2019 but it progressively got worse in 2022. She was suffering for a long time and in 2023 ended up getting an infection in her pelvic bone which doctors couldn't get rid of unless removing the bone which they couldn't do. Though her death is painful and heartbreaking, she is no longer in pain and can finally rest in peace. Any donations would be deeply appreciated, please spread the word.
