Donations for injured Officer

Hello, we are trying to raise money to help Jake Evans, a Port Arthur Police Officer, who was injured in the line of duty.  Jake requires 24/7 care and it is unclear when he will be able to return to his normal way of living. Jake is a dedicated officer and we are trying to help offset some of the cost for him and his family.  Jake served in the military and was deployed to Iraq three times. Jake was honorably discharged from the military with the rank of Sergeant. Jake is also the sole provider for his two sons. Anything you can donate will help tremendously and be greatly appreciated.
