Hello.
My name is Ginnell Morrow. Like everyone around the world, I have hoped and prayed for months that this silent and deadly virus wouldn't hit my home and family. This past week, my household has joined the hundreds of thousands of others to become a part of the horrific statistic of those infected with Covid-19.
My household is composed of myself, my husband Gary, and our two children, Christopher and Robin.
Christopher and Gary, both contracted Covid over the last 7-10 days. Christopher has been quarantined at home on oxygen and medication for about a week and his health is thankfully almost back to 100%.
On New Years Day, Gary went to the Emergency Room with a cough, fever, and chills. He tested positive for Covid-19 and was sent home with some medicine for his symptoms. Over the weekend, he started having difficulty breathing and had some congestion building up in his chest, but otherwise was seemingly improving.
Last night, Christopher and Gary both seemed be doing as good as to be expected. Life was "normal." We had dinner, watched some TV, and went to sleep.
This morning, January 5, 2021, as we woke up for another day of quarantine, Gary was unresponsive and not breathing. We immediately called 911. Upon the ambulance's arrival, the paramedics tried to give Gary CPR. By this time, he had already lost his battle with Covid. This virus suddenly took my husband Gary away from us.

I am reaching out to my friends, family, and to anyone with an open heart to try to raise some funds to keep our now even smaller family afloat during this time. We have been living like most Americans, paycheck to paycheck, for some time now. Due to Covid hitting our home, neither myself or Christopher are able to go back to work until he has completely recovered plus 2 more weeks of quarantine to be safe.
I am beyond heart broken and devastated that our lives have been turned upside down and that I have lost my husband and children's father.
Thankfully, arrangements for Gary to be cremated, are being covered by his 3 adult sons, Randy, Andrew, and Josh Morrow.
During this incredulous time, I do not know where to turn for support while we are not able to go back to work. We need money to help cover our rent, electricity, food, water, and healthcare.
