Donations for David, Displaced after an Explosion

Hi Colleagues and Friends -

David Walters is a dedicated employee at Westat and he lives in the Apartments/Condos on Quince Orchard Blvd in Gaithersburg. On Wednesday morning, Nov 16, there was an explosion and fire in the building next to his and firefighters told him to evacuate quickly as flames were heading to his building on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately his 2 cats had been hiding and when emergency workers checked, the cats could not be found. His place has water damage and they are not sure it is structurally sound, so he is displaced and staying at a hotel nearby. He was able to go back and grab a couple things, but he has lost so much. I am starting this Go Fund Me page with the hope that people will consider helping David get back some of the things he has lost.
