On December 5th, 2021 our beautiful Dana Nicole Smith passed from this life to the next at Summit Medical Center. We are all devastated by Dana's unexpected passing. We are asking for monetary donations in order to put Dana to rest properly and give all those who loved her a chance to say goodbye. She is survived by three children (Chris, Brittany and Maddie), her mother (Lori Gladden), her brother (Tracie Gladden) and many other friends and family. Dana devoted the best days of her life working in the recovery field helping those who struggled with addiction find a new way to live. As we all know, addiction does not delineate. Throughout the last days of her life. Dana too, succumbed to active addiction. This does not take away from everything that she was and what she has done for so many. She was a mother, a daughter, a sister, a mentor, and a friend. Dana touched the lives of so many with her benevolence, and unconditional love. Please help us return some of the love she gave so freely! Any little bit helps! 

 

We are working with a limited amount of time, with a tentative memorial scheduled Thursday afternoon at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home. The funds have to be paid by Wednesday in order for that to happen. All proceeds will go directly to paying for her cremation, funeral services and getting Brittany flown here from Long Beach, CA for the services.
