This fund is a memorial fund tribute to the life, love, and legacy of Dr. Pouradib.

Dr. Pouradib passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife, four children, and immediate family, on February 28th, 2021.

As an acclaimed physician, Dr. Pouradib's life-long commitment to public service impacted many, and the family would like to honor that legacy by requesting donations for his favorite charities and caregivers in lieu of flowers to honor those who helped make his final days as peaceful as possible.
