Belinda Starks was born June 1, 1964, to Lonnie and Dorothy Kelley. Belinda Starks entered this world as a loving and caring person. Belinda Starks married her teenage sweetheart Jeffery Starks and they had four kids. Belinda was a people person who had never met a stranger. She was a confident woman who never shied away from the challenges of life. She was a mother, grandmother, sister and auntie to many. She was literally the life of the party. Her smile and laugh will light up the room.

 

Belinda unexpectedly passed away on February 5, 2022. Your donations will help the family get through this difficult time. Thank you and may God be with each of you.
