This is the case for our courageous daughter, niece, sister, cousin and devoted mother of 2 young children, Ashley. With her already facing the emotional strain of her illness, now she must also shoulder the stress of mounting medical costs that have continued to accumulate during this 3 year fight with Leiomyosarcoma which is a rare cancer which began in the uterus. With her energy focused on fighting this beast of a disease and ensuring the well-being of her two young children, the weight of financial responsibilities continues to put a heavy strain on her already fragile situation.
