Update from the family 1/8/19: We are currently being DENIED the small Life Insurance policy he did have.. so disappointing at this time. Again, Rashaad and I appreciate all of your support.

We are all shocked and saddened by the passing of Coach Redwine on December 30th, 2018. He was a pillar in the Seattle basketball community, coaching for almost 50 years! His impact in the community is unmatched and he will truly be missed by so many!
I have set up a donation to assist the family with the financial burden so that they can focus their efforts on planning the funeral during this difficult time. We appreciate any donation amount for Coach Redwine. The funds will go directly to his son, Rashaad Powell, who will be organizing the service.
Funeral service information is as follows:
Where: New Life Church

When: Saturday, January 12, 2019
10 a.m. - 11 a.m.: Viewing
11 a.m.: Service
The procession from New Life Church to Mt. Olivet Cemetery will follow the service.
The reception at Renton High School in the cafeteria will follow the burial.
