Hi everyone, My name is Gabriel, and I’m an international student in Canada doing everything I can to stay in school and complete my degree. Writing this is not easy for me. Asking for help is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, but right now, I truly need support. My education means everything to me. It is more than just a degree. It is my hope for a better future, my chance to build a stable life for myself, and a way to make the sacrifices behind this journey worth it. I have worked hard to keep going, even when life has been heavy, because giving up has never been an option in my mind. My dad was once my sponsor, but illness took a serious toll on him. Since then, I have had to step up and carry the financial responsibility for myself. I’ve been the one paying my bills, trying to survive, and doing everything I can to stay afloat while keeping up with school. Balancing tuition, living expenses, and the pressure of everyday life has been exhausting, and there are times it feels like I’m carrying more than I can handle alone. As an international student, tuition costs are extremely high, and the financial burden is overwhelming. No matter how hard I try, it has become difficult to keep up with everything by myself. That is why I am reaching out today. The funds raised will go directly toward my tuition, school fees, books, and other important academic expenses. This support would not only help me remain in school, but it would also give me the chance to breathe, focus on my education, and keep moving forward without the constant fear of falling behind.
