Woher habe ich die Kompetenzen für dieses Vorhaben?
MEINE PERSÖNLICHE HELDENREISE
Ich bin promovierter Wirtschaftswissenschaftler und professioneller Trainer, Coach & Facilitator mit 35 Jahren Erfahrung mit Transformations- und Heilungsprozessen.
Mein ganzes Leben lang habe ich lernen dürfen Trauma und Konflikte in Heilung, Wachstum und Entwicklung zu transformieren. Das geschah am Anfang mit Angeboten über die Krankenkasse wie Einzel- und Gruppentherapie oder auch ein Klinikaufenthalt, und später mit Weiterbildungen in Transaktionsanlayse, systemische Aufstellungsarbeit und Traumatherapie.
Durch die Erfahrungen innerer Friedensarbeit im Rahmen der Verarbeitung des Holocaust, inspiriert von vielen weltweit bekannten LehrerInnen, & Mediatoren und internationalen Projekten von Non Profit-Organisationen durfte ich durch persönliches Engagement oder Weiterbildung lernen : u.a. in der Fairness Stiftung, Academy of Inner Science, AA - Anonyme Alkoholiker, 2nd Generation Holocaust Survivors, Dan Bar On-Groups, Kabbalah Center e.V. und weitere)
Daraus haben sich in den letzten fünf Jahren ganz natürlich die PEACEROOM Aufstellungsarbeit und seit einem Jahr die PEACEROOM HEALING CIRCLES entwickelt.
Der Zweck des Vereins ist die Bereitstellung der PEACEROOM HEALING CIRCLES Programme und die Vision zu verfolgen, dass eines Tages jeder Erdenbürger Zugang zu einem PEACEROOM HEALING CIRCLE hat - persönlich oder zumindest Online!
DAS ANGEBOT FÜR JEDEN BÜRGER
Die Teilnahme an den Healing Circles ist offen für jeden Hilfesuchenden und kostenlos. Die Meetings werden von einem trainierten Facilitator geleitet und folgen demokratischen und selbstorganisierenden Prinzipien.
Die Meetings finden verlässlich jede Woche am gleichen Tag zur gleichen Zeit statt. Zur Zeit Montags alle 14 Tage online/hybrid in Englisch und jeden Donnerstag Abend in Deutsch, online/hybrid in Berlin.

Ende November war ein Peacecamp in Israel geplant - in der Shkedi-Camplodge nahe dem Toten Meer. Die Ereignisse vom 7. Oktober haben unsere notwendigen Aktivitäten in diese Richtung bestätigt. Wir arbeiten mit friedliebenden Bürgern beider Völker an individueller und kollektiver Heilung. Wir bilden Facilitator für Healing Circles aus. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir diese Arbeit im Frühjahr 2024 fortsetzen können. DER NÄCHSTE SCHRITT - ORGANISATIONSGRÜNDUNG
Um eine professionelle Organisation & Kommunikation zu gewährleisten gründen wir einen gemeinnützigen Verein und brauchen Kommunikationswege, wie Website und Kommunikationstechnik. Vor allem brauchen wir für den Aufbau auch internationaler Angebote Zeit und personale Unterstützung.
Zum Beispiel wollen wir immer noch ein PEACECAMP in ISRAEL organisieren.
MEIN WUNSCH UND ZIEL IST
mich mehr dem Wachstum und den Angeboten widmen zu können und auch Ausgaben nicht mehr aus der eigenen Tasche bezahlen zu müssen.
Daher wünsche ich mir eine ANSCHUBFINANZIERUNG für die Gründungskosten und Aufbau einer verlässlichen Organisationsstruktur - sowie den gesicherten Betrieb für ein Jahr. Das würde mir und uns Hauptinitiatoren mehr Leichtigkeit in das ganze Vorhaben bringen.

MY PERSONAL HERO'S JOURNEY
I have a doctorate in economics and am a professional trainer, coach & facilitator with 35 years of experience in organisational and individual transformation and healing processes.
Throughout my life I have learned to transform trauma and conflict into healing, growth and development. MY PASSION AND GOAL IS:
to be able to dedicate myself more to the growth and the offers and also not to have to pay expenses out of my own pocket. Therefore I would like to have a PROPOSAL FINANCING for the foundation costs and building up of a reliable organizational structure - as well as the secured operation for one year. That would bring me and us main initiators more ease into the whole project.
