Donation for Roy Ortiz Recovery

Donation protected
The evening of January 27th our inspection department received a message that was tough to hear. One of our coworkers Roy Ortiz (who works in CBF 4, 5, and 6) was involved in a horrible car accident. At the time of receiving the message all that was known to us was that he was in critical condition. Our crew prayed and prayed that he would be ok. It wasn’t until a few stressful days later that we received an update. Roy suffered a major injury to both of his legs leading to a double amputation to just below the hip. The surgeons believe that it is by a miracle and the grace of God that he is still with us. Roy now has a new road ahead of him. He has at least 6 months of therapy and rehab before prosthetics can become an option and another 6 months of learning how to use prosthetics before he is capable a getting around on his own.
Roy is a single dad with 3 kids. He has been in good spirits during this tragic time. I want to ask our Targa family for help if anyone is capable of helping Roy out. Even if it’s just $5. We are trying to help him have some financial comfort during this very difficult time and not have to worry about bills, pay for meals for his kids, and help with gas. This gift will help him focus on his recovery.
