Hello, I am Rhafesha. I am creating this account on behalf of my son, Christopher Clayton, also known as Chris.

If you're from our community, you already know him. He has a good heart, is very helpful in the community, on the road, and at his workplace. He's a person who touched many of our hearts. Many of us have grown up with him and around him, and in another way.

Today, this young and hopeful boy, who has always been strong for everyone else, is facing one of the biggest battles of his life.

His diagnosed with cardiorenal syndrome means it is a vicious cycle: heart failure > kidney damage > fluid overload> worsens heart failure and urgently needs life-saving surgery.

The total cost is 26,279.58; this includes the procedure and hospital care.

As someone who values privacy for himself and others, this has not been easy to share, but he needs help. Time is critical; All hands on deck, please.
