November of 2022 Cathy received a medical treatment that caused a spinal cord injury.

The tension on the spinal cord has caused severe neurological deficits which impair her daily activities so she is unable to work and needs constant supervision because any jarring action could be life altering.

The doctors are recommending several months of extensive treatment with a specialist in another state. This has caused a tremendous financial burden as some of these therapies asked for payment up front and additional living expenses.

What Cathy and Eric need right now is first prayers, lots of prayers. We are very hopeful that she will receive a full recovery from this injury because we trust in God’s plan. Specifically for wisdom for the treating physicians, decrease pain, and for peace for her husband and children are greatly appreciated.

Currently the family is separated living in two different states which is a hardship to be away from her whole family but the expense is also difficult. If you know Cathy you know her heart which has been to help others that is why she went into the medical field. It’s been difficult for her to be the one receiving the medical care, to have her be the one with restrictions and not be able to help others like she wants too.

Any contributions would go towards medical costs, cost of living in a two different states.
