Hi everyone! On behalf of our family, we would like to help Danielle and Gianna with recent events that occurred in their life. Danielle is the daughter of Dominic and Jamie Calandra, sister of Dom Jr and Michael, and i am one of her many cousins that want to help her through this. On Monday March 14th was Gianna’s first day of spring break. She was just leaving her house when she realized that her whole complex was on fire. This brave little girl went into the complex to make sure that all of the kids got out safely and called 911. She’s only 12 and did a better job of staying calm her doing what needed to get done, than most adults do! And we’re all so proud of her.
The whole building got condemned immediately, and no one was allowed back in. My cousin has worked so hard her whole life, and just bought her place, and it’s gone. The building will be knocked down, and everything that they had has been deemed not usable, due to fire, smoke, and water damage. They lost everything!
Dani and Gianna need our help. Of course insurance helps, but she literally poured everything she has into buying that house, still has a mortgage but doesn’t have anything anymore. And we want to help her get back to normal life, get a place to call home, and help her replenish her belongings.
Our family is doing anything and everything we can to help this terrible situation and are so grateful for any help that she receives.
