New Camera Lens for Photo Business

I am a photographer fresh out of college and I am currently trying to save up money for a professional-grade lens, which will be used to help me get a job covering sports.

The lens I am currently looking to purchase is very expensive, costing between 5,000 and 6,000. It's a 300mm lens for my Canon DSLR.

I'm hoping I can get some donations to cover part of the purchase. I would buy the lens myself, but I am paying back student loans and rent and everything else.

But, I know once I have this type of lens, it will pay for itself !

In photography, it's hard to find a good-paying job without the right equipment. With a 300mm lens and the 6 years of photography experience I have, not only will I be able to get a great job, but I will be able to pay off my college debt.

I don't simply like asking for handouts. It's not how I was raised. I'm asking you for a little help to get my career going, and once I land on my feet, I will pay you back.
